Day 1:
Arrival LehArrive Leh, situated at the height of about 3,505 meters above sea level, on arrival meet our representative who will assist you and will transfer you to your hotel. Today all day for acclimatize, Leh is the most beautiful and easily accessible place in Leh Ladakh India. Leh is the most common entry point to Ladakh region. Leh serves as the ideal base to tourists traveling Leh Ladakh India. Leh has a number of beautiful monasteries and historical monuments that are the biggest draw to Leh. The rugged terrain with snow covered mountains in the backdrop under the clean blue-sky form a stunning picture perfect postcard. Leh is an ideal place for trekking and mountaineering. Day 3:
Leh - Khardung La Pass - LehToday after breakfast drive to North of Leh up to Khardung la Pass, situated at the height of 5570 meters / 18380 ft. Here is supposed to be the highest motorable road in the world. The mountain pass (la means pass in Tibetan) is the gateway to the Nubra Valley and used to lie on the ancient caravan trade route to Central Asia. Day 4:
Leh - Pangong - LehAfter an early breakfast we Leave for Pangong Lake through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometer at its widest point and over 130km long, it is bisected by the international border between India and China. A few years back the government decided to open it to tourists though the lake and its surrounding is under army surveillance. After spending some time at Pangong we drive back to hotel for overnight stay. Meals : Breakfast, Dinner |
