After Breakfast leave for Kargil via Fotu La Pass and Namki La pass highest pass on Srinagar – Leh road. Kargil is known as the location of the Indo-Pakistani border war of 1999. Enroute visit Hall of Fame War Museum – a museum constructed by the Indian Army in memory of the brave Indian soldiers who laid down their lives defending the motherland in the Indo-Pak wars. Patthar Sahib Gurudwara - a beautiful Gurudwara sahib constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak, Magnetic Hill – also known as Gravity Hill where vehicles defy the force of gravity, Sangam of the rivers Indus & Zanskar - two of Himalaya's great rivers; Zanskar and Indus merge to form a spectacular view, Alchi Gompa - known for its magnificent and well preserved 11th & 12th century wall paintings, Moon land - the land resembles that of moon, Lamayuru Monastery - one of the largest and oldest gompas in Ladakh. In the evening we arrive at Kargil. Stay overnight in Kargil.

After breakfast check out hotel. Visit to Drass, here we visit Drass War Memorial, also known as Vijay Memorial – built in the memory of the martyr soldiers of the 1999 Kargil War. Then we visit Mulbekh Monastery & Maitrya Buddha Statue. In the evening we arrive at Leh. Check in to the hotel. Later we visit to Shanti Stupa – built by the Japanese monks to promote world peace, Leh Palace a former royal palace that overlooks the town of Leh & walk around the local market in Leh. Stay overnight in Leh.

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardungla pass. This road is considered to be the highest motorable road of the world. En route, admire the spectacular views of the never-ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardungla Pass (18,390 feet) After spending some time at Khardungla, proceed to Nubra. Enroute you can enjoy adventure activities like ATV ride (On direct payment basis). After Hotel check-in, visit 108 ft high Maitreya Buddha – Perched on top of a monastery, it is the statue of Jampa Buddha, noted for its intricate carvings, brilliant craftsmanship and vivid colors, Diskit monastery and Hunder Village and Cold desert - the only place in India where twin humped camels is found. Sand Dunes where you can enjoy double humped camel ride (on direct payment basis) and have a wonderful view of Nubra Valley. Overnight stay in Nubra.

After breakfast drive to Turtuk (which is first time opened for the tourist since 2010) Turtuk was under Pakistan's control until 1971, after which India gained control of this strategic area. It is predominantly a Muslim village, and residents speak languages including Balti, Ladakhi and Urdu. Turtuk is the last outpost in India after which the Pakistan-controlled Gilgit-Baltistan begins. Turtuk is one of the gateways to the Siachen Glacier. This village was captured by Indians Army in war of 1972 with Pakistan. while visiting Turtuk we pass by Thoise Airport (Military Airfield), then we visit Turtuk wooden bridge and Shyok war memorial. Visit Balti Heritage House and Museum is a family run heritage building and museum & Turtuk Waterfalls. Later proceed to visit Thang (Zero Point) (Subject to operation) - Northern most last village at LOC. Here we take a photo stop at LOC point. This village is near Turtuk village, Shyok Valley, India. Here we have an opportunity to visit the last northern most border village from where the LOC with Pakistan is just 2.2 KM. away. It is Last village of India on Leh Baltistan border. We can see our as well as Pakistani bunkers here. Here Shyok river enters in Pakistan. Return Back to Nubra. Stay overnight in Nubra.

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area, might catch some rare wildlife. Spend some time around the lake visit the 03 Idiot shooting point, try local food at any of the small restaurant around the Lake shore., Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the colour changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. Stay overnight in Pangong.

After breakfast drive to Tsomoriri Lake via Chushul & Karzok. It is a breathtaking journey on a trail that is literally a ‘no mans’ land. Vast lonely stretches on the Chanthang plateau makes this drive one of the best isolated drives of this tour. Tsomoriri is situated at an altitude of 4511m above sea level; with an area of about 140 Sq.km. Spend your evening watching shadows of the surrounding mountain and the varying depths of Tsomoriri lake. Evening visit beautiful Tso Moriri Lake and its surroundings. Overnight at Tso Moriri.

Post breakfast we check out from the camp and drive to Tsokar lake which lies about 60 km from Tso Moriri. Situated at a height of 15,280 ft, it is also called white lake due to the white salt content in the water deposits on its shore, it leaves visitors in awe of its beauty. The area surrounding the lake is rife with wildlife and flora, and it also makes for an important point for bird watchers, especially during migration season when several species come here to lay their eggs, including the black-necked cranes. Continue drive for another hour to reach Manali – Leh Highway and cross Tanglang La Pass which is one of the incredible high-altitude mountains passes in Ladakh located at an altitude of 5,328 meters, or 17,480 feet. What makes it a famous tourist attraction in Ladakh is the incredible views it offers & the sheer excitement of crossing it, which is no less than an adventure. Arrive Leh in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning transfers to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.
