Leh Ladakh, Shey and Stok Kangri Tour Overview
Enjoy a 5 Days / 4 Nights Leh Ladakh tour covering Leh and nearby attractions including monasteries, palaces, and a scenic trip to Pangong Lake via Chang La. Explore iconic sites like Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, Shanti Stupa, and Khardung La for a short but memorable Himalayan experience.
Leh Ladakh, Shey and Stok Kangri Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at Leh airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest for acclimatization, wherein welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Stay overnight in Leh.
Day 2
After breakfast drive to Sindhu Darshan one of the longest rivers in Asia and about 7 kms from Leh on the bank of the Historical Indus River. Later proceed to visit Shey Place, the ancient capital of Ladakh used to be the summer retreat of the royal family of Ladakh. Hemis Gompa – a Himalayan Buddhist monastery which is believed to be the wealthiest and the biggest monastery in Leh. Which was built in 1630, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism and it houses some beautiful Wall Paintings, Thangka and several other historic objects. Thiksey monastery - located on top of a hill, the Monastery is an excellent example of Ladakhi architecture. This contains several Stupas, Statues, Thangka, Wall Paintings and a large pillar depicting Buddha's teachings. Later continue drive to visit Rancho School - also known as Druk White Lotus school. Later we visit to Shanti Stupa – built by the Japanese monks to promote world peace, Leh Palace a former royal palace that overlooks the town of Leh & Market. Return to Leh in the evening. Stay overnight in Leh.
Day 3
After early breakfast leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft) through Changla Pass 17,350 ft, 3rd highest motorable road in the world. Pangong Lake is the largest high-altitude salt-water lake in Asia 155 km from Leh, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the turquoise color panoramic lake and the sun set on the banks of lake with magnificent mountains. Drive back to Leh by the same route. Stay overnight in Leh.
Day 4
After breakfast, drive to Khardung La pass, World’s highest Motorable road at 18380 feet. Admire the spectacular views of the never-ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardung La Pass (18,390 feet) after spending some time at Khardung La, return back to Leh, Later day free to explore the local market at one’s disposal. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 5
Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

- Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

- 100% payment to be deposited before the trip starts.

- Final tour Vouchers will be provided on receipt of full 100% payment.

- April & October Month, Pangong Lake Journey will be done in one-day excursion.

- We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:
- a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.
- b) Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation,
- refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
- c) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
- d) We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
- e) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.

- Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

- The above given cost is calculated on the basis of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.

- Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement / reduction whatever applicable) to you.

- We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred such as cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.

- During the month of October to April most of the Camps | Guest houses | Hotels won’t be operational due to off season in various locations of Ladakh like Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake | Tsomoriri | Tsokar | Sham Valley | Kargil | Zanskar region etc. (So, in that scenario best alternate accommodation will be provided with prior information to the guests at the time of booking).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 15% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.

- 25% cancellation charges if cancelled within 20 days before the tour.
- ❖
- 50% cancellation charges if cancelled within 10 days before the tour.
- ❖
- No refund for tour starting within 15 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.

- No Show 100% of tour cost.

- During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.

- The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only
